We request you to kindly go through the rules and regulations before participating in the event.

Shuttle- Mavis 350 Shuttles will be used throughout the tournament.
Footwear- Only Non-Marking Gum soles are permitted on the courts.
Reporting- Participants must report 15 minutes before their scheduled reporting time. Failure to report on time may result in a walkover.
- Match Format:
* Up to Quarter Finals- 3 Set of 11 Points
* Semi Finals & Finals- 3 Sets of 15 Points
Match Rules:
* 2 deuce will be given till the quarter finals.
* A 2-minute break is allowed between sets.
* Players will receive 3 minutes for warm-up before their match.
* During Semi Finals & Finals, players will change sides after every set, and in the deciding third set, sides will be changed when one player reaches 8 points.
Tournament Guidelines:
* All matches will be conducted on a knockout basis.
* Match schedules are fixed
special timing requests cannot be accommodated.
* The organizer's reserve the right to modify the match format or schedule if required due to operational constraints.
* ?Entry fees are strictly non-refundable.
Code of Conduct:
• Any form of abusive language, misconduct, or unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to immediate disqualification.
* Smoking, vaping, alcohol, tobacco, or any prohibited substances are strictly forbidden within the venue.
* The referee's decision on all on-court matters shall be final and binding. No disputes or arguments will be entertained.
The organizer's reserve the sole right to:
* Accept or reject any tournament entry.
* ?Cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event if circumstances require.
