We request you to kindly go through the rules and regulations before participating in the event.

1) All matches will be played at W18 Sports Universe courts, Baner.
2) All the players are required to carry the official Identity cards.
3) All participants must be of reasonable health & fitness to participate.
4) Participants must bring their own Badminton Racket.
5) Mavis 350 Shuttle will be used during the tournament.
6) Players are requested to be in proper sports attire. Shoes allowed for the tournament are Non-Marking-Gum Sole Shoes. If player does not have the Gum-Sole shoes in case of that there is provision on court available from the company.
7) Wearing of clean sports shoes is compulsory (carry sports shoes separately & wear on the court).
8) First aid will be provided in case of injury will be available throughout the tournament.
9) Participants need to be present at least 30 minutes prior to the mentioned start time.
10) Entries once done, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and if any player unable to attend to the venue at the time of tournament the other player will get walkover.
11) In Case of any injury happen to any player and he/she will not continue the match then opponent will be announced the winner and moved to the next round.
12) All participants are requested to maintain discipline and to avoid any kind of arguments with any other participant and umpire. On field Judges / Organizers / Referees / Umpires decision would be final. 13) All standard Badminton rules must be followed.
14) Before the Seminal & final Whoever wins the toss can choose the either court side or serve.
15) Changing the court sides after one game will be applicable only in Semifinal & Final.
16) In the third game of Seminal & final, Player will switch the side after leading scorer reach 11 points.
17) 3 Mins interval will be given in semifinal & final after for each one set completion out 3 set.
18) Tournament Format.
a) Singles matches: Knock out format
i) Point System: 11 Points-1 Game for all the matches prior to Semifinal & final 21 Points for semifinal & final – Best of 3 Game
ii) Dues system – only for semifinal & final matches (no dues in prior matches)
b) Doubles matches:
i) Point System: 15 Points-1 Game Points for all the matches prior to Semifinal & final 21 Points for semifinal & final – Best of 3 Game
ii) Dues system – only for semifinal & final matches (no dues in prior matches)
c) Final matches: All Seminal & Final will be 3-Set of the matches with 21 Points. If any team will win the two games continue, then third game will not be played. If game reaches 29-29, the first to get their 30th point wins.
Mandatory things to be followed on Tournament day:
1. Shoes to be wore during the match need to carried in separate bag and worn directly at the court. Outside worn shoes will NOT be allowed on the court.
2. Pre-registrations are mandate – On the Spot entries will NOT be allowed.
