We request you to kindly go through the rules and regulations before participating in the event.

1. Tournament is open to all players from Pune Domicile only
2. Each player can play in maximum 4 events in total. The 4 events can be within the same category (singles, doubles) or a combination. example: Player of age under 13 years can play in Singles Under 13, Under 15, Under 17 & Open Singles or a combination of Singles & Doubles but maximum 4 events
3. Play is scheduled to commence at 08.00 AM every day. Schedule is subject to changes due to power failure and unforeseen circumstances without prior intimation.
4. This tournament will be conducted as per the rules & regulations for tournaments as laid down by the BWF and BAI. The decision of the tournament committee will be final and binding on all players.
5. Line Judges will not be appointed during tournament. Players will have to work as line judges whenever called for by the Tournament Officials.
6. Each player must report to the Hon. Referee / Match Control at least 20 minutes prior to schedule time of her match. Player failing to report on the court for the match when called by the Hon. Referee, will be eliminated from the tournament by awarding walkover to the opponent.
7. Players Clothing during the tournament must be as per the latest regulations issued by BAI and BWF. Advertising on the clothing must be compliant with BAI and BWF regulations.
8. Yonex AS2 brand Feathered Shuttles will be used throughout the tournament.
9. Players must regularly check match schedule published on tournamentsoftware.com and make themselves available on court well before their scheduled match time. In case of any doubts / difficulties, players may approach Hon. Referee / Match Control.
10. Age proof should be produced when demanded by the referee.
11. Attractive Cash Prize and/or Trophy medals will be awarded to Winners & Runner-up.
12. Player once registered for the tournament will be treated as his consent to co-operate and adhere the tournament committee, organising committee and referee panel decision.
