We request you to kindly go through the rules and regulations before participating in the event.

1. Please carry age proof certificate
2. Reporting time: 30 minutes before the scheduled time
3. Each player can participate in a maximum of 2 events only
4. Referee's decision will be final
5. Participants and parents are requested to wear masks at all times & maintain social distancing at the venue
6. Each player can be accompanied by 2 people only inside the badminton hall
7. Minimum of 6 entries required to conduct each event
8. Ashaway Official shuttles will be used
9. Trophies/Medals & Certificates will be given to all the winners & runners-up
10. Participation certificate will be given to all the participants on request
1l. For doubles event both the players to register separately, first partner to register only his name and event. Second partner to select the event & the partner one name from
the list of players and pay the entry fees

U-17(Born on or after 16th July 2005)
U-19(Born on or after 16th July 2003)
